Resolution Commitment: Frankly Co. LLC will employ its best efforts to fix or provide a solution to reported issues promptly, ensuring that the website operates in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and functions efficiently.
Warranty Activation: To activate the warranty service, client should contact Frankly Co. LLC’s support team via the provided communication channels during the warranty period.
This warranty is limited to the repair, correction, or replacement of the defective services and does not include provision for refunds. The liability of Frankly Co. LLC under this warranty shall in no event exceed the total amount of fees paid by client under the agreement.
By proceeding with the agreement, client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this warranty, affirming the commitment of both parties to uphold the standards of quality and integrity outlined herein.
